About Luminous Energy Exchange

This spacious educational and wellness venue is ideal for meetings, workshops, speaker events, photoshoots, certification courses, and small group trainings. The space features a large, versatile classroom along with a private therapy room available as an optional add-on. All bookings are subject to owner approval to ensure the best fit for your event and our community environment. The classroom comfortably accommodates 25–40 guests and is equipped with a 75" Samsung Frame Smart TV with easy USB and Wi-Fi connectivity for presentations and media sharing, an oversized dry erase board, folding tables, and chairs. The layout easily adapts for corporate presentations, creative workshops, educational programs, and collaborative sessions. For wellness-focused gatherings, the room transforms beautifully with ambient LED color lighting, a mirrored feature wall, and excellent audio control—creating an ideal atmosphere for yoga, meditation, sound healing, and immersive experiences. Additional amenities include a student kitchenette with a microwave, mini refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee machine, complimentary snacks, and Berkey-filtered water. A handicap-accessible restroom is located on the first floor, and grassy outdoor areas are available for casual use or photography. Capacity: • 900 sq. ft. Classroom: 25–40 guests • Entire Venue: Up to 50 guests Additional Booking Information: • Cleaning Fee: $75 for events with 1–25 guests. An additional $75 applies for groups over 25 guests or for events serving food. • Therapy Room: Available for private one-on-one sessions at an additional fee. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
