About the Space
This is a 1500 square foot educational center that includes one therapy room and one large classroom. All spaces are available for booking with owner approval. The classroom is versatile and can be used for certification workshops, photoshoot, speaker events or meeting space; audio/video projection, extra large dry erase board, folding tables and chairs included. The classroom can additionally transform into a wellness event space with ambient LED color lighting options that reflect off a beautiful wall of mirrors and superb audio control. The student kitchenette has a microwave, small refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee machine, free snacks and Berkey filtered water. The therapy room is an additional fee to offer 1-2-1 therapy or consultations. The bathroom is located on the first floor, handicap accessible. The location has grassy areas for additional photography. The classroom capacity is 25-40 people. Total venue capacity: 50 IMPORTANT FEES: The cleaning fee is $75 for 1-25 guests. An additional $75 will be added for 26+ guests or if there is food served. The final booking offer will be adjusted appropriately for your event details. Please feel free to ask questions. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Chairs are provided as well as yoga mats and blankets which was a huge plus when planning my healing workshops. Will recommend to anyone in the wellness realm planning to provide a great experience in their event.
