About the Space
El Atico is a light-filled, open loft perfect for an off-site or co-working time for a small team, or anything else that calls for a lovely, quiet, open space. It features a large round table that seats six, built-in desk that seats up to four, and a cozy lounging nook with a couch and a few comfy chairs. (We're happy to provide additional seating and a longer folding table if needed.) The kitchenette includes an SCA-certified Bonavita coffee maker, microwave, fridge, tea kettle, and toaster, and is stocked with locally roasted coffee, teas, and snacks. When the weather allows, guests are also free to spend time in our backyard, equipped with a table and chairs, fire pit, and hot tub. Easy, free parking is available right out front, along both sides of the street. Our space is located in a tree-lined, residential neighborhood, with easy access by car, bike, or public transit to downtown, local universities, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and more, along with a few easily walkable spots. We love supporting our local community and are happy to offer a 20% discount to local nonprofits and community organizations.

We do a thorough clean and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas between each use. We are pleased to offer a HEPA-certified air filter and provide hand sanitizer and masks to our guests to use at their discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
