Modern European Bungalow with Garden Views

This 1927 bungalow is filled with original detail and modern additions to the space. We collect and restore designer furniture and have carefully curated decor elements. The modern kitchen is inspired by Milanese design of the 1920s. The hallways is papered in whimsical wall paper by Josef Frank. The space has 8-foot-tall ceilings throughout, and wooden fir floors. The dining area is bright and has a table that is large, round and made out of travertine with a tulip base (perfect for shooting products or food!). The available spaces are as follows: - Living room with piano and fireplace - Modern European kitchen with statement marble - Bright modern dining nook with stunning archway and gallery wall - Bedroom with garden views - Upstairs bathroom with waterworks faucet and marble, original detail, and garden views - Downstairs bathroom painted in limewash with vintage mirror ( had full tub and shower) Not included in the booking: - our office - the garden (you can add this on if you’d like) - the wood-shop & laundry room We live a few blocks from Safeway, Prince Coffee, Nico’s Ice Cream, Ottos Pizza, the best donuts in portland Annie’s Donuts etc. as well as about 8 minutes from central Hollywood. There is a bus station just a few blocks away as well as access to the freeway and we are about 7 minutes from the Portland airport by car.
