1900s renovated house. It has three bedrooms and 3 baths and a half, open concept kitchen island and living room area. House from the year 1900 with 9 feet high completely renovated to a modern contemporary concept, excellent lighting throughout the house, making it excellent for photographs and videos. Less than a minute walk away, the Lithonia city freight train tracks are currently in use today. We are located in Downtown Lithonia.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
