Gorgeous private retreat on 1.5 acres in a beautiful convenient pocket of Nashville/Brentwood. Inside AND out is ideal for photo and video shoots. 5400 square foot, 4 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. LARGE open professionally decorated living, dining and kitchen space. Primary bedroom downstairs. Climatized sunroom overlooks lush fenced backyard. Dedicated office downstairs in addition to office upstairs which would be great for production use. High ceilings. Natural Light. Hardwood floors all throughout downstairs. Surround sound setup on main floor with bluetooth capability Beautiful, hidden driveway great for shooting content. Home is less than a mile from Publix, Starbucks and many necessities but still feels like you are on a retreat!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

This location was perfect for our video shoot needs! Plenty of room for cast & crew. We were able to pull off three different setups for separate projects with ease. Sabrina is the perfect host: a great communicator, hospitable, and trusted us to handle our shoot. The neighborhood was super quiet with no noise issues, and great parking options. I will absolutely book again.

The house is as beautiful as the photos show. But even better is the incredibly kind and accommodating hosts! We’ve used this space twice already and will certainly be back again!

Great home with lots of space for indoor and outdoor scenes. The house was clean and ready to go on time. The homeowners were very helpful and responded quickly to questions.
