About the Space
You'll have private access to our tucked-away, wooded, people-free acreage in the suburbs. The space offers an open grassy lawn, large mature trees, sunny and shaded areas, and lots of texture. This is a four-season space full of natural beauty. Come in the summer for a leafy green environment. In the fall, your backdrop is the golden hues of autumn. In the winter, it’s a snowy wonderland. And the spring offers peaks of sun through budding trees. The outdoor paver patio attached to the brick house is also available. (The house is not available). Outdoor furniture, fire pits and boulders are available around the property. You may even see a few deer walking through. A great bonus is the variety offered for different looks without leaving the property.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disposable masks / face coverings

I needed an outdoor space to shoot a medieval fantasy-style clip and some other special circumstances. Michele was so accommodating throughout the whole process, letting me check the space out earlier and willing to help me with solutions in case it rained. The space is gorgeous, two nice large open areas and also a nice wooded area perfect for any wilderness setting. She also offered water/bug spray for us. This is a wonderful space for an excellent price so do not hesitate to book time here. Thanks again!
