History of the space a private events venue loft located in the Dallas Design District. The space is founded, managed and operated by Daymond The Brand, a Dallas entrepreneur who is thoroughly experienced in managing events and event space. Perimeter Zen was founded in 2013. Neighborhood details Perimeter Zen is nestled in the Dallas Design District. The Dallas Design District is historical known for being the birthplace of creative services and products that are design, built, and shipped all over the world. Logistics Perimeter Zen is an enlogated, white space venue that is suitable to a wide variety of private event needs. The space has a rear hallway that can be used for storing items during client events. The space also has separate men and women restrooms. The spec comes with a variety of furnishings, some free and others available for rental. There is overhead sound, an option to display projection materials, and a bar area. Furnishings maybe be moved about to fit the configuration of a multitude of events. What an amazing host. Mr. Damon, Mr. Stan are TOP NOTCH and are professionals at what they do. The event was perfect! Just perfect! And it was in large part due to their partnership. I would book them again a thousand times (just being honest).

What a perfect venue! We threw a 35th birthday party for roughly 20 people and it held us perfectly including a buffet, DJ with dance floor, seated dinner area, and a bar set up. The owner is very responsive and super helpful through the process. We were able to rent tables and chairs as well as a bartender through the venue which made planning seamless! High recommend booking this space

Nice venue. Rented it for a birthday party for my sweetheart. It was located less than 10 minutes from where I lived, so that was extremely convenient for brining items back and forth. There was plenty room, and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book again if needed.

This is an AMAZING space for intimate family and friend gathering!They have everything you need literally in house to help your planning go a lot smoother, and they’re prices are reasonable!The host is very responsive, professional, and really care about ensuring that you receive white glove service from start to finish! The hosts are there to assist you throughout your event to ensure that you have everything that you need. I needed technical assistance, and of course the host is a man of many talents, so he was able to help me with my PowerPoint! I genuinely feel that book g with perimeter zen was a true blessing, and completely stress free.The owners were so nice and genuine, I feel like we’re family now! Daymond really helped my vision come alive. He even allowed me to come to the space a day before to help me visualize and plan out my fiancé’s surprise party! I will definitely be returning again! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WITH GENUINE PEOPLE ! 100/100!!

I am very pleased that I rented this venue. The owners are extremely nice and go out of their way to help you In anyway possible. My daughter had her Sweet 16 party with alot of her friends there. Plenty of parking. Kitchenette, restroom and anything you need for a get together. Highly recommended
