This recently renovated ground floor office space is conveniently located in Queen West Neighbourhood. The space has been recently renovated with fully functioning Kitchen with large island for entertaining with 1 bathroom. Huge floor to ceiling windows and has soaring 16' feet ceiling heights. This is a great space to host offsite office events, meetings, dinners or can be set up for photo shoots, pod cast studio, XM events, retail pop-up/activations and as a gallery space. Located near the busy intersection of Queen St. W. & Abell Steet, minutes away from Trinity Bellwoods Park, The Drake Hotel, Ossington Strip. Refrigerator with Freezer, Dishwasher and Stove/oven allows for a fully functioning kitchen. Catering and bar services available at an extra cost. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Great space in a great location. Everything we needed was there and ready to go — TV's, monitors, speakers, etc. Private space with great natural light and close to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. No complaints!

We hosted a small New Year’s Eve get together here(~11 people) and the space worked great - the kitchenette/island area proved good for milling around or sitting at stools to play cards and board games, and there was ample space to mill about. Overall I was most impressed with the extra care the host Kyle took to make it a great experience, from the spotless condition of the space to personalized walk through beforehand to even lending a Polaroid camera and some film to make the event more memorable. I would definitely recommend!

Great host and incredible space. Kyle was such a great host as he was super responsive, provided me with great detail about the space, and provided things needed like cables, chairs etc. The space was amazing and I got a ton of compliments on it! Definitely would book again and work with Kyle! Thanks Kyle!

I had an amazing experience with this space, and with the host. Kyle was extremely communicative and did not miss a single detail and made sure that my experience was the most pleasant one. not only did he give me a list of tips beforehand, but he also sent me a fully detailed video of how to get into the unit and every aspect of it and everything that I would be able to use. I rented the space for my birthday, and it was probably the best birthday I’ve had in years, not only was it extremely clean and beautiful, but Kyle had left me a small gift in the unit witha card as it was my birthday, which was extremely thoughtful and very appreciated! I highly recommend renting the space, especially with the wonderful host and it’s definitely worth it :)
