Bathroom next to the studio door. 🚇MIkSpace photo studio - 13 Grattan - 4 min walking from Morgan st subway station (L-Train) - 15 min from Union Square. 🥐Great area - best coffee, pizza, groceries around. 🚗Easy to find place for a parking. 🎨Please, let us know in advance if you need a fresh coat of white paint.
