- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

This was a really weird layout and experience also the space does not look like this as it has massive machines in a 1/3 of the space. Additionally, it’s open to the rest of the building which is a barbershop and a nail salon attached with no door to close. If you have to record audio I would not recommend, and overall we had to work very hard to make the space work for us.

Love the space and team service, very clean, luxurious and easy to drive to, I’ve actually never received such a thoughtful service from spaces I rent before. Noela went extra mile to shoot a video on how building looks from outside and parking spots. I really appreciate it. My students as well. Only thing I was not able to pair my microphone to the speaker as I was not sure where is the actual speaker…this I will need to figure it out next time.

Staff was helpful and space was nice! A little tough with the studio next to each other. The class going on at the same time as mine was super loud (instructor had a mic and blasting music)
