About the Space
Custom designed by renowned New Orleans architect Wayne Troyer, this space can function in a variety of ways, from recording/performance venue, to business meeting, to photoshoot, to festive gathering. Tables and chairs can be configured in different ways, or the space can be very open. It has wonderful acoustics for vocal and acoustic music and houses a 6-foot Steinway piano. There is a main floor and a mezzanine level as shown in the photos. Parking is freely available on the street. There is a popcorn machine, and a whimsical powder room is attached. The custom kitchen can be available for an additional fee depending upon the date/situation. For a performance/lecture situation the space accommodates 45 people comfortably. The venue is in a building that is raised five steps off of ground level, and the mezzanine part of the space is accessed via spiral staircase.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
