The Palace is a one-of-a-kind event space located on San Pablo Ave. in Oakland, just outside of Downtown. Perfect for intimate gatherings, including dinners, receptions, celebrations, fundraisers and more. The space is 1600 square feet, with a 160-square foot outdoor patio. Built in 1926, the building has 14' ceilings with skylights and lots of natural light. The Palace has a unique, inviting aesthetic, as it houses our creative studio and a retail concept, the book and record shop Eternal Now. Guests enter through the shop into the main event space. For rentals, we ask that you provide your own sound and A/V equipment and seating, though we are happy to reach out to preferred vendors. We host live music and DJs often. We also have a small kitchen available to use. Available any day of the week with advance notice, 4-hour minimum. We're also open to hosting photo or video shoots, depending on the needs of any given project. Please reach out for details.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
