About the Space

Leave the distractions of the office and the city in your rear view mirror. This creative retreat and meeting space is where you can capture, catalyze and take action on your best thinking. The space was created by a project and event manager to offer a fully functional and unique event environment that's just 30 minutes from Downtown Portland. It features 15 feet of whiteboard to capture your strategy, a large studio to inspire your creativity, and lots of outdoor space to let nature infuse possibilities. Ideal use: Team offsites Strategy sessions Office parties Additional amenities: - Conference Room (318 square feet) with 9.5’ x 3.5’ conference table - seats 10-12 - theater-style seats 24 - Creative studio (338 square feet) equipped with a 6’ x 5’ art table with a view - accommodates 8-10 - Over 15 feet of whiteboard - Flip charts and easels - Pens, sharpies, and colored markers - Sticky notes, notepads, tape, etc. - Miscellaneous art supplies - 42″ LCD flat-screen monitor with HDMI and VGA connections - Apple TV - Reliable WiFi

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
