About the Space

We have spaces available for Photography, film making, as well as conference meetings and events. At our Silverlake space in Los Angeles there are stunning views from Hollywood to Downtown Los Angeles and the space is within walking distance to all of Silverlakes top restaurants and cafes. We are a block from Sunset Junction, just off Sunset Blvd, 10 minutes from Hollywood Blvd, and 10 minutes from Downtown. The studio is an open, modern New York loft-style space with glass doors that open to a south-facing terrace overlooking L.A. All around windows and skylights allow for great natural light and views throughout the space. The terrace and rooftop provides amazing shots with breathtaking sunset views of L.A. The street is very production friendly. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
