About LOFT 95
Loft 95 is a modern, intimate event space in Chicago, ideal for private gatherings, celebrations, and creative events. The space includes tables and chairs, five 65-inch TVs, and Wi-Fi. Second-floor access is available for an added fee. A kitchen area may also be included for light warming and serving (no frying or heavy cooking). Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, paint & sip nights, meetings, photography sessions, pop-up shops, and more. Best suited for mature gatherings. Not available for youth or college-style parties. Primary renter must be age 35+ (ID required).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
