About the Space
Located in the heart of Berry Hill on Bransford Ave, The Berry is a 1900 sq ft private studio space for photo or video shoots, podcasts and small events. Designed with the modern creative in mind, The Berry blends functionality with elegance - featuring a soundproof studio with a 11’x15’ cyc wall, Savage seamless backgrounds, a green screen background and a three light rail system for overhead lighting. Our carefully curated space also comes packed with special amenities including a green room for guests/talent, screening room with a 65” smart tv, makeup station with 2 Wi-Fi enabled make-up lights, wardroom room with steamer and clothing rack, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a kitchen area with a refrigerator and coffee bar. We have plenty of free parking in our private parking lot and lots of dining options within walking distance. To ensure your shoot has everything you need to be successful, we also have standard grip and the option to rent additional equipment even crew.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This studio was PERFECT for our needs. We did a video shoot for a hairdressing tutorial and the CYC wall was just what we needed. Our team and the talent couldn't stop complimenting on how cute and cozy the space was. The studio is an adorable converted home to office. There are multiple rooms throughout for makeup, wardrobe, equipment storage, relaxing, and filming. There's a kitchen with full size fridge that was stocked with all kinds of sodas and waters. Jeb (the studio manager) welcomed us with a pot of coffee brewed and even delivered it to us in our room during set up. He was SO knowledgeable on equipment and technology and helped us throughout the day figuring out how to get our multi camera shoot up onto the mounted TV on the wall and came into the room with any and every cable that we could've needed. He gave recommendations for restaurants in the area and things to do during our stay in Nashville. Jeb and the owner Chalayne went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us. We had issues with our equipment delivery dates and they have done more than enough prior, during and after the booking to make my Peerspace rental seamless. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've rented many studios in various cities, and this was the best experience I've had. It's so nice working with such friendly and helpful people. I can't thank you enough! When we're back in Nashville, we look forward to another shoot here again.

The most incredible studio space and even better host! Not only was the space beautiful but she was so helpful and such a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed! She even stayed and helped with lights and helping us get the perfect shot. Would highly recommend this studio!

Chalayne is fantastic! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere to do casting, somewhere for interviews, client sessions, etc. There were a few sound holds as it's not completely soundproof - but still a 5-star location and experience.

The space was perfect for what we needed - the studio space was a great fit for us to capture some promotional talking-head videos as well as artist headshots. The multi-color lighting rig is a great way to make the infinity wall have different looks! The team was very helpful and had great communication. Really great greenrooms for the talent to feel comfortable and have space to get ready.
