About the Space
The salon suite is located inside of the My Salon Suites building. The salon studio is equipped with a shampoo bowl, lighted mirror and salon chair. The salon suite also has 2 windows that allow for natural lighting. The salon studio is perfect for daily rental or content creation.

The salon suite is located in a shopping plaza with adequate parking. There is no fee to park.
General Rules

No animals or content that would damage suite
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The security cameras are located at the entrances, hallways and intercom system has a camera. There are no cameras in the salon suite.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The salon is cleaned and disinfected according to the Board of Cosmetic arts.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
