Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space is ideal for work meetings and small events but is not well-suited for creative production purposes. I chose this office space for a client project because of its professional features, such as the accent wall and glass desk. However, upon arrival, I found the space had been redecorated with a Christmas theme, which significantly altered the setup. It took me 45 minutes to move a couch, backdrop, tethered balloons, and a 100+ pound glass table to restore the space to its original layout before my client arrived. Unfortunately, this cut into my setup time for cameras and lighting. As a result, I wasn’t able to move all the furniture back to its original position after the shoot, as I prioritized finishing on time in case another booking followed mine. The owners were apologetic and offered to send compensation, which I appreciate, but as of writing this review, I have not received it. While the space itself is lovely and conveniently located, the unexpected reconfiguration impacted my ability to deliver what my client and I had planned. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this space for video production, particularly corporate or office-themed shoots. The space isn’t soundproof, and seasonal decor changes can disrupt the intended setup and aesthetic. However, it remains a great choice for office meetings or small gatherings.

However, we didn’t have the code to get inside the space at least 24 hours in advance. I reached out to the owner and was able to retrieve the code. Overall, we had a great experience outside of not having the code to get inside of the building in advance.

The location is wonderful - lots of restaurants to walk to for a break. Lots of lighting and definitely didn't have the feeling of a board room (which is why I chose it). If you have 8-9 people it will be cramped but usable. Would book again.

The space was really great, and Luke was a really great host! My daughter and I had a pleasure to meet Micheal who showed us the place, and was very nice and welcoming. Nice location, and very convenient for my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration. We only had a few people, so it wasn’t too cluttered and didn’t get too crowded. The only thing I had a problem with was the parking. Other than that, I’d definitely book again. Thanks again Luke! 🙂
