This modern farmhouse, decorated and furnished like it came out of a Pottery Barn catalog. Able to host a large family get together or friendly event. with all the comforts of home. With 5000sqft inside, 2000sqft of patio, a POOL, and over an acre of land “Wayne Manor” is the private event space you've been looking for. Property manager is staffed on site, and included in the price. We have an interior decorator on staff so we're able to provide necessary decor for your party for an extra fee. Depicted is what we have done for a Christmas gathering. Wayne, IL is 40mi west of the city and a short Uber ride to the commuter train, the Metra. It’s a very doable drive but allocate an hour and half during rush hour.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
