Our 1600 S.Q. foot ultra luxury suite is a lower level suite in a newly built custom home. Located just north of Bathurst & Finch on an ultra quiet and scenic street backing onto a lush ravine. There is a fantastic trail behind our home that takes you through the ravine. This lower level private suite features dramatic 14 feet high ceilings, a luxury kitchen, one of a kind opulent bathroom, spacious bedroom with a king bed and a laundry room. ** Please note that the owners live upstairs however the suite is completely private. There is a private entrance and all amenities advertised are 100% private and NOT shared. **

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
