My home was built in 1926 and has many unique features including: - octagon shaped living room with octagon original wood flooring and big windows - curved/spiral wooden staircase with Frank Lloyd Wright-esque stained-glass window - original wood paneled windows - Spanish style molding (Churrigueresque style) - kitchen with original ice-box and wood-paneled ceiling - 1 1/2 baths: downstairs bathroom is 1920's style with domed bathtub - park-facing with beautiful old trees - dining room with cool art - room with couch/rug/table is available as a prep room or for filming - large back and side yards with views of palms, including picnic table near garden The location is in South LA and we have the iconic large palms lining both sides of the street, and a new mural by a south LA artist in the park next door facing house. Beautiful at sunset. There may be a second bedroom available upstairs with an outdoor walkable rooftop area (no guardrails), but please ask about availability as it may be rented out.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
