Clean up after the event, including disposing of trash properly. Damage Responsibility: The renter is responsible for any damages to the conference space or its equipment during the rental period. Respect for Property: Treat the conference space and its furnishings with respect. Any intentional damage or misuse of property will result in additional charges. Noise Control: Keep noise levels at an appropriate level during the event. Security: Secure the conference space when not in use and return any keys or access cards as required at the end of the rental period. Catering and Refreshments: If serving food and beverages, ensure that all waste is properly disposed of, and any spills or stains are cleaned promptly. End Time Punctuality: Vacate the conference space promptly at the agreed-upon end time to allow for preparation for the next event.
