The space has a large bank of windows that deliver wonderful natural light with a full Downtown Minneapolis, Skyline view. Simply gorgeous at all hours of the day. The open floor will allow complete flexibility for your creative juices to flow. If it is necessary to move furniture, artwork, floor coverings, etc., it must be returned to its original placement upon at the close of your scheduled time. This space is a perfectly unique location for your next photo or video shoot.

Space is professionally cleaned between all bookings. The space should be returned to its original form as it relates to cleaning and furniture placement. Cleaning supplies provided: wipes, paper towels, and spray disinfectant.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
