Offices Main Office: Comes with all the essentials—monitor, camera, desk, executive chair, and seating for guests—ideal for online conferences or focused work. Secondary Office: Provides an additional quiet space with a desk, chair, and filing cabinet, suitable for private meetings or as an ancillary workspace. We value cleanliness. We tailor our cleaning protocol to the specific features and requirements of our space and to your experience. Regular and thorough cleaning to ensure a positive experience for guests and to maintain the quality of our space over time. This is our list of Cleaning Protocols: Preparation: Gather cleaning supplies, including cleaning agents, disinfectants, trash bags, and any other necessary tools. Ensure that all necessary equipment (vacuum cleaners, mops, etc.) is in good working order. General Cleaning: Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decorations. Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors. Wipe down surfaces with a suitable cleaning solution, paying attention to high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. Clean windows and mirrors. Empty trash bins and replace liners. Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all bathroom surfaces, including sinks, countertops, and toilets. Replace toilet paper and refill soap dispensers. Check for any issues with plumbing or leaks. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and appliances. Wipe down the exterior of refrigerators, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment. Empty and clean the inside of the refrigerator if it's available for use. Check for expired food items and dispose of them. Floor Maintenance: Vacuum and/or mop floors in all rooms, including common areas and meeting spaces. Pay special attention to high-traffic areas. Special Considerations: If the space has unique features such as props, costumes, or equipment, ensure they are clean and in good condition. If the space has outdoor areas, make sure they are tidy and free of debris. Disinfection: Use a suitable disinfectant on surfaces to help prevent the spread of germs. Focus on high-touch areas and frequently used items. Check for Damages: Inspect the space for any damages or issues and address them promptly. Report any significant damages to Peerspace and the guest if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
