About the Space
This open space is designed to host gatherings, meetings, socials, seminars, workshops, trainings, masterclasses, demo classes, pop up shops, brunches, sessions, teas, content creation, and conferences of up to 40 guests. Located in an exquisite office suite in a beautiful and historic building. The space can be customized to match your theme, style, or purpose. Equipped with latest technology power speaker and microphone, (6) 60 inch round tables, 40 chairs, (1-2) 6 feet rectangle tables. Table linens, chair covers, and event planning/decor services available for an additional fee based on availability.

There is ample amount of parking spaces available outside of building and in nearby parking lot.
General Rules
Host Rules
BUILDING ACCESS: Guest must contact the host upon arrival to enter into the building at the booking time. The book time includes: Setting up, breaking down and cleaning up. Please allocate enough time to breakdown and clean the designated areas. Failure to do so, will result in additional fees. We schedule a 60 min buffer between bookings to ensure our space gets cleaned before the next guests.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING TIME: You may pay to extend your booking depending on the availability on the schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime immediately so we can determine if your booking can be extended.
GUEST(S) CAPACITY: Please make note of guest capacity.
DECOR: You are welcome to bring your own decor. Adding decor to walls is NOT prohibited. Nails, thumbtacks, or any devices or equipment that will make holes in the walls is not permitted.
MUSIC: You may play music on your phone, laptop or the blue tooth device we have located in the space. Please let us know if you plan to bring an outside DJ.
EQUIPMENT: Microphones and Audio equipment available. Please request - additional fees may apply.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Catering is allowed within the space. Preparing and cooking within the event space or on the premises is not permitted.
NOT PERMITTED: No open fire, smoking or illegal drugs are allowed and no alcohol is allowed in building or surrounding areas of the space. No nudity or adult content allowed. No pets.

Security cameras and recording devices
The building has security cameras in the main areas. There is also a security camera located inside entry ways and event space and remain on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
ALL HOSTS MUST:
*Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
*Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
*Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
*Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
*Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
