- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Absolutely gorgeous space and the hosts were very kind, communicative, and welcoming! I booked the space for a grad photoshoot and am incredibly happy with the results - lots of historical and beautiful architecture to enjoy. Definitely enjoyed my experience and would recommend to others.

Kenneth’s space is absolutely beautiful. I rented it for an hour and a half for a photoshoot. The baroque details are sure to inspire any artist that walks through the doors. Kenneth was out of town on the day I requested the rental, but he graciously had someone meet us so we could still shoot while he was away. He also had great response times during the booking process. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.
