High-touch surfaces and shared amenities undergo thorough disinfection, while soft and porous materials are either cleaned appropriately or replaced. We go the extra mile by engaging licensed professional cleaners between bookings to ensure a pristine environment. Additionally, bookings are intentionally spaced apart to facilitate enhanced cleaning procedures. For your convenience and peace of mind, we provide disinfecting wipes or spray, along with paper towels. Disposable masks/face coverings and hand sanitizer are also readily available, prioritizing your safety and well-being during your stay.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
