About the Space
Photo shoots in or around brand new modern style pool and large backyard. Pool is 47 feet long x 23 feet wide. Jacuzzi is huge measuring 8 feet by 12 feet. Globe fountains and pool jumping wall fountains have multiple color options. Yard has multiple elevations and very large turf areas. Outdoor furniture can be moved. Stunning views of Black Mountain and Del Mar county club. Often see hot air balloons most clear nights. Yard is north east facing. Coming soon: A brand-new modern, large cabana with a private bathroom will be available for all bookings—no need to enter the house. Listing will be updated with new photos once complete (expected by end of May 2025).

We hose down and sweep the backyard before each photo shoot. All outdoor furniture is covered until morning of the photo session.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
