Named 'The Ranch House' by its architect Don Jacobs, this updated 70s cabin is a forest home with modern sensibility. The house is surrounded by redwoods & has 2 large decks, 1 w/ propane firepit w/ ample seating, the other w/ hot tub. Living room has picture windows w/ forest views & Morso wood-burning stove. Peerspace clients are encouraged to use the full property, use the main bedroom for either a stay or for production purposes, also please enjoy the hiking trails, pools, and outdoor amenities. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
