About Hype Studios

Polished Silver Lake loft studio perfect for small, private events! Our Stage A space features a 40-foot wide white CYC wall, soaring 14-foot ceilings, flexible open layout, and abundant natural light (with blackout capability available). The studio is ideal for brand activations, pop-up events, private dinners, workshops, art shows, creative gatherings, small panels, and client-hosted experiences. Amenities include lounge seating, hair & makeup stations, kitchen access (upon request), WiFi, wardrobe racks, and easy private load-in. Please note: We do not permit birthday parties, fraternity or sorority events, ticketed public events, raves, or large late-night parties. Private, creative, and corporate events only. Located just minutes from Echo Park, Los Feliz, and Downtown LA with 18 first-come, first-serve parking spots available on site.

Cleaning Protocol At Hype Studios, we take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment for every guest. • Thorough Cleaning Before Every Booking: All high-touch surfaces, floors, workstations, and restrooms are disinfected and reset prior to your arrival. • Professional Cleaning Team: Our studio is maintained by a dedicated cleaning crew with experience in production and commercial spaces. • Supplies On-Site: Disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, and cleaning spray are available for your use throughout the day. • Reset Policy: We ask that all furniture or decor moved during your rental be returned to its original layout. Excessive mess or damage may incur an additional cleaning fee. • Trash Disposal: Standard waste can be disposed of in the provided dumpsters. Please do not leave construction materials or oversized debris—additional removal charges may apply. Our goal is to provide a spotless, photo-ready space for every production, event, or meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
