Suitable for: photo shoots, product launches, birthday gatherings, gender reveals, book signings, showers, fundraisers, brunches, small family gatherings or pop-up events. The space is 4 mins (10-15 min walk) from the Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station. Maximum 35 guests. Rental includes access to the entire downstairs space including the use of the kitchen . There is a small unfenced yard and patio of outdoor ceremonies and events. **Five (6ft) tables and 30 white padded chairs can be provided at an additional charge. Please see add-ons for more info. We allow one complementary walk through of the the space prior to booking. Please reach out for an available time. Serious inquiries only please. **Tables and chairs are available for a flat fee. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
