This perfect indoor space for SMALL intimate gatherings. Suitable for: photo shoots, product launches, birthday gatherings, gender reveals, showers, fundraisers, brunches, small family gatherings or pop-up events.
Maximum 35 guests. Rental includes access to the entire downstairs space including the use of the kitchen . **Five (6ft) tables and 30 white padded chairs can be provided at an additional charge. Please see add-ons for more info.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
