3000 sq foot multi level modern and clean frank lloyd wright rendition home. Fully fenced in Back yard with a spacious green area and fire pit. Landscaped, newly painted interior and exterior. Minimalist decorating to easily be adapted to the clients needs. Open floor plan with coastal modern decor. Unique floor plan where there are levels versus floors, line of sight goes from one floor to the other. Lots of natural lighting from front and back of home with multiple backdrops for photos/interviews. Living room has floor to ceiling windows in a spacious cathedral ceiling area. Stunning concrete fireplace and wood beams accent the height of this room while a large chandelier creates a cozy environment. The metal and wood stair case keep the vibe more modern, and the decor and light keep the vibe inviting and warm. A minimalist approach to the decorating makes for easy set up of sets/shoots/productions, with lots of space for maneuvering and creating your desired scene. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
