Holding Podcasts or Small Meetings? Our Facility is the Perfect Spot! With three spaces to choose from, our facility is the ideal location for your next business meeting or client visit. An attendant will be provided to assist you and ensure everything runs smoothly. To top it off, we offer a coffee bar with a variety of snacks to keep you and your guests refreshed throughout the day. Podcast equipment is not available. Great for going LIVE to host a show.

Lighting description
There are two rooms that have windows which allow beautiful natural lighting to come in. You can adjust the blinds to be either opened or closed according to your preference.
We have a few studio lights that can be used.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
Our studio is equipped with soundproofing on the walls. Any noise outside the studio does not interfere with our recordings or work.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
To ensure that our restrooms are always clean and hygienic, we provide onsite cleaning services. We kindly request that all guests dispose of their trash in the designated cans and tidy up before leaving to keep the area clean for everyone.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Hand Sanitizer
