Our space is located in the heart of Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. The space is equipped with a variety of amenities including an exposed brick wall, a steamer, apple boxes, lighting equipment including RGB lights, WiFi, and natural lighting. We are located in a commercial building. The space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for podcasters, gamers/streamers, voice-over artists, musicians, students, professionals, etc. Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8 am-6 pm for discounted pricing. Note: If you do not know how to use the audio/video equipment including but not limited to the Audio Mix Interface you will need to inquire in advance and include an additional hour in your reservation for our team member to train you on how to use the equipment. If you would like for our team member to handle the whole podcast/YouTube/audio production for you the rate will be $40 per hour to have the team member lead your production. This can be added on as an add-on when you are booking your reservation with us. This does not include any editing or post-production. Note: Furniture in the hallway or bathroom CANNOT be moved. We offer a variety of additional services as well such as editing, and post-production work for your productions. You can view the cost of each service in the add-ons section. If you do not have one, we can provide one. You will need to bring in a hard drive or a laptop to transfer your files over should you decide to use our SD cards. Usage: Podcasting: Ideal for solo or group podcast recordings. This versatile space can be adjusted to fit various podcasting arrangements. We can provide additional furniture as needed such as a sofa. The white table can be folded away if needed. YouTube Video Filming: Create engaging content with our versatile spaces, perfect for filming YouTube videos. Content creators, including those who film in front of the camera for commentaries and more, will find our facility tailored to their needs. Voiceover Work: This space is great for voiceover artists who are looking for a private space to have a recording session. Basic Music Production (Demoing on Computer): Lay down the foundations of your music in a space designed for computer-based demos. Please note that this is not a full-scale music production space. Gaming/Streaming: Whether you're a streamer, a competitive gamer, or just want a space to enjoy gaming with friends our space is great for this type of usage. Similar Projects: Our flexible spaces adapt to your project needs. Collaborate with fellow creatives, host workshops, or bring your unique audio projects to life. Neighborhood Details: The studio is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building which is a Spanish Revival Architecture structure has been fully renovated and was constructed during the Golden Era of Hollywood. Important Note: if your production requires absolute silence, we recommend not booking with us. Note: For production companies and brands, please inquire ahead as the pricing structure varies based on the type and size of your production. NOTE: All of our spaces are monitored with 24/7 video surveillance cameras for security and liability reasons. For your privacy, we DO NOT record audio and will also not honor any request to disable the video surveillance cameras for any reason.
