About the Space
New to Peerspace! Newly completed / remodeled family home in a country setting. Large property includes pool, tennis court, rose/citrus garden, mountain views, and adjacent trails. Private cul de sac for parking or shooting (additional parking easily accessible on main street leading into neighborhood). Surrounded by horse properties in a serene setting halfway between LA and Santa Barbara. You will have access to all spaces in photos (kitchen, dining, living, and exterior areas). Bedrooms can be accessed on a limited basis. We have 2 large dining tables and just hosted 24 at a seated dinner together on the patio for Thanksgiving. We are long-time vacation rental managers in Costa Rica, so we have a lot of experience staging homes and hosting guests. This will be our first time at our home in California. As a bonus, a neighboring farm can also be rented with farm animals and totally different house style (inquire for details).

Full house is deep cleaned once per week, or between bookings as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
