The Terra Loft is a 1,006 sq ft natural light studio featuring a collection of custom-built architectural sets designed for photography, video production and content creation. Located on the 9th floor of a historic building in Downtown Los Angeles' Fashion District, the space combines warm neutral tones, sculptural forms and beautiful daylight to create multiple shooting environments within a single studio. From fashion editorials and commercial campaigns to beauty content, product photography and interviews, Terra offers a refined backdrop that allows your subject to remain the focus. Natural Light Large ninth-floor windows provide abundant daylight throughout the day. Morning (7am–1pm) Bright directional sunlight with defined shadows. Afternoon (1pm onwards) Soft, even daylight ideal for portraits, beauty and commercial photography. Light changes beautifully throughout the day, making Terra suitable for both high-contrast editorial work and softer lifestyle imagery. Additional public parking is located nearby. Detailed parking instructions and access information are provided immediately after booking. Building Hours Monday–Friday: 7:00am–11:30pm Saturday: 8:00am–11:30pm Sunday: 10:30am–5:30pm Freight elevator access is available Monday–Friday from 8:00am–6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am–12:00pm. After-hours freight access can be arranged with at least 24 hours' notice for an additional fee. Audio The studio is located in Downtown Los Angeles and occasional city ambience should be expected. The space is ideal for photography and video productions where ambient sound is not critical. For productions requiring completely isolated audio, we recommend a dedicated sound stage.
