This listing is for our open Event Space. The space is a block away from Rittenhouse Square park. Space has couple bar tables and two sofas. It is ideal for social meetings, Photoshoots etc. There is no eating or drinking allowed on the couches. Requirements: We require government-issued ID for submission, email address and a guest list for first time guests. Your Reservation Includes: You reservation includes access to high speed WIFI, available coffee/tea and snacks. Outside Catering: Outside catering is allowed - we will provide one large trash bag for catering disposal. Each additional bag, when required, is $10. Hospitality Partners: We partner with local small businesses for both catering and hospitality needs. We currently partner with the Sonesta Hotel. Guests who book with us receive a 15% discount per reservation. Inquire for more information. Other Services: Freelance bar, dedicated desk, private office, conference room, event space, virtual mail. DISCLAIMER Food only allowed at the bar areas, $200 deposit is required. This space is only available after hours (after 6PM) and on the weekends.
