THE VENUE IS TO NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED!!!! --With all Private events you are allowed to bring cake, food, decorations and also BYOB for all guest 21 and over. *NO WEAPONS OR DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE VENUE* --- Renter will be responsible for any causes of damages to the venue and/or its contents. Any damages/ and or if event space is not properly cleaned after your event will be taken out of the security deposit. Security Deposit will be returned in full 24 hours after your event is over and managers does walkthrough. --Cleaning & Repairs Fees- Additional charges may be made for actual or estimated repair or cleaning costs to restore venue, grounds, equipment or other property to same condition prior to renter(s) use of the venue and owner’s property. (THE GOAL IS TO GIVE THE VENUE SPACE BACK THE WAY IT WAS GIVING TO YOU) --- Renter is responsible for conduct of all guests. Renter must agree to abide by all local ordinances and state laws; including NO alcohol consumptions of anyone under 21.
