About the Space
The venue is landscaped with several common areas, firepits, lighting (all white, or colored) and plenty of areas for tables/seating. We have hosted Weddings, Birthday parties, Quinceañera and Office events, Photo shoot, Film shoot, Baby Shower, amongst several other occasions. There is a Bar with a Tiki Style roof, stools, sink and TV. A Cabana with large opening for easy entertaining, lighting and a Bathroom (Bathroom for small parties only). Onsite Bathrooms for any size party or event. The venue location has easy access, a driveway leads directly to the space for easy unloading and staging.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
