About the Space
The venue is landscaped with several common areas, firepits, lighting (all white, or colored) and plenty of areas for tables/seating. We have hosted Weddings, Birthday parties, Quinceañera and Office events, Photo shoot, Film shoot, Baby Shower, amongst several other occasions. There is a Bar with a Tiki Style roof, stools, sink and TV. A Cabana with large opening for easy entertaining, lighting and a Bathroom (Bathroom for small parties only). Onsite Bathrooms for any size party or event. The venue location has easy access, a driveway leads directly to the space for easy unloading and staging.

Parking is good. The venue is a near a walking park with ample parking.

Lighting description
We are an outdoor space. We have hosted offsites for small startups, and have no issues with daytime projections. We have a large white tent available to rent for extra coverage if needed. Comes with or without sides on the tent.
Midday between 1-3pm is when the sun is often directly overhead, so Summer days can be warm.

We have an easy load in and out area you can back into. Everything is on ground level. There are several types of ground surfaces: asphalt (parking), concrete, brick, pavers, stone.

Electrical system description
Lots of outlets throughout. Mixed between 110v and 220v. Depends on what you need.
If power outages occur, we are already set up on a large backup generator that will keep things running.

Production insurance is required
Standard insurance requirements.
Client is required to get $1M day-of insurance coverage, and list the property as additionally insured.
Any vendors with employees must have active WC insurance (as necessary).
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Items that are not secured to the ground can be moved. Fountains are obviously not capable of being moved, but tables and chairs, wine barrels, decor, etc are ok. We can discuss further during your site visit.

There is a security camera on the street and at the Pool.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is entirely outdoors an d in a country setting with plenty of fresh air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
