**DISCOUNTS OFFERED FOR - March 6, 13, 20, 27, 28 April 3, 10, 11, 17, 24, 25 and certain Sundays. 3500 sqft Industrial chic style creative event space and dance studio located in trendy Seminole Heights, ten minutes from Downtown Tampa features 20 ft tall ceilings, 8 ft tall mirrors on casters can be configured to customize the space for any type of event; birthday party, baby shower, intimate wedding, networking & social event, meetings & seminars, dance class, art exhibit, video and photoshoot, etc. Space includes 4 hightop tables and 7 matching barstools, 12 metal chairs. Round and rectangular tables, chairs, linens are all available as add-ons. We do not offer decor services but have vendor recommendations for everything. Daytime, evening, and weekend rates all vary. Starting rate for WEEKDAYS is $95. Please put in your dates to get an accurate quote. Fridays and Saturdays minimum 4 hours must be reserved. Time reserved includes setup and breakdown time. No free setup and breakdown time is allotted. Please be sure to add time to your reservation accordingly.

If trash cans have been used, please take out the trash bags and dump them in bins outside. Replace trash bags from supplies closet. Cleaning supplies closet has all necessary supplies. Please sweep and mop if any spills. Rearrange any furniture items moved.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
