About the Space
We are a 4,000 sqft space located in Historic Downtown McKinney surrounded by a mix of restaurants, shopping, and parks all within walking distance. We are a coffee shop by day with a large open concept and seating for 85 people. From a cozy seating area containing couches and comfy chairs to a large ten-foot community table and work-style seating we have a little bit of everything! Would be a great event space for after-hour gatherings, parties, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, etc. We are ADA-accessible!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Great space
My experience with this space was absolutely amazing! The people were so helpful and I don’t think my event could’ve gone as well as it did without them! They offered everything they could in order to make the night easy, they didn’t cut off any part of the space to not be used so that we could have Plenty of room to store stuff out of sight while guests were present. They helped clean up, and they even helped set up for the event when they didn’t need to. I will forever recommend this place to anyone I know, and anyone I can. If you’re looking for a spot, please come here. I held my wedding reception here and because of this place and the people it ended up being an absolute perfect night!
