One Three is a design-minded coworking and meeting space overlooking the Chicago Brown Line in the heart of Chicago's River North. Managed by the industry-leading Chicago-based One Design Company, One Three focuses on providing an elevated and inspiring hub for gatherings and presentations and an optimal workspace for individuals or teams. We like to think of it as a “yes” space. You tell us what you need it to be. And we’ll help you design a space uniquely assembled to help you do your best work. The space has a total capacity of 90 people if they are standing. However, if you are looking for a coworking space, only around 35 people can fit comfortably. The space can be transformed to accommodate up to 65 folding chairs in a presentation-style seating arrangement. You can see an example of what that looks like in our photos. Please note that chairs must be rented as we do not provide extra seating. The furniture shown in the photos is the only furniture provided.
