Frequent Sanitization: High-touch surfaces and common areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day. This includes door handles, counters, seating areas, and restroom facilities. 2. Professional Cleaning: After each event, the venue undergoes a thorough cleaning by professional cleaners who use EPA-approved disinfectants, ensuring every area is meticulously cleaned and sanitized. 3. Outdoor Area Maintenance: Our outdoor spaces, including the gardens, seating areas, and game equipment, are regularly cleaned and disinfected to maintain a hygienic environment. 4. Restroom Hygiene: The restroom is cleaned and sanitized before, during, and after each event. We also provide hand soap and sanitizer for guest use. 5. Kitchen and Dining Area: If kitchen access is utilized, the area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. Utensils, appliances, and surfaces are disinfected to ensure food safety. 6. Ventilation: Being an outdoor venue, we are fortunate to have natural ventilation, reducing the risk of airborne transmission.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
