Located in West Hills, California. This outdoor venue is the perfect space for any special event, providing ample space for your guests to mingle and enjoy the beautiful California weather. There is a large concrete area, so it can be used for almost any purpose that you need. This space also has a outdoor restroom. Free parking is available on both sides of the street. The space can fit up to 45 guests. All ages are allowed in the space. There are two separate outdoor power outlets (total of 4 plugs). If you need additional outlets, please bring an extension chord/power strip. In this space, there are tables, chairs and a bar table.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
