- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

What an amazing place to shoot in!! The light was gorgeous and the decor all made the perfect backdrop for our lifestyle product shoot. We had a last minute model cancellation and Oyi was really understanding and wonderful to work with. I wasn't expecting anything, but Oyi was so sweet and offered to change the shoot time. We ended up making it work anyways, but it meant a lot to my small team on a day where everything seem to start off wrong. Thank you!!

Space was excellent. We had a corporate team dinner/cooking event with 15 people. It was very clean. the living room was more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable. Aside from limited parking options (which is expected given the area), there were no complaints.
