With a capacity of up to 40-50 people, our space combines modern comfort with a touch of industrial chic and 1,200 square feet of versatile, beautifully designed space. The 17ft ceilings and exposed HVAC lend an urban, yet cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a presentation or a private event, you’ll appreciate our 75-inch TVs and cream city brick accents. The stage is set for your special moments, and we offer various table styles to suit your preferences. It's a great size for small social events like bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, yoga classes, rehearsal dinners, gender reveals, retirement parties, celebrations of life, workshops, presentations, networking events, photoshoots, pop up shops and more! - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
