About the Space
Rustic log home living room area is available for photoshoots. Milled rustic logs, floor to ceiling rock fireplace, glass doors stretch across the front of the home and window go up in an A - Frame design. Glass doors lead to the front deck - lots of natural light. Seating area with embroidered leather twin sofas; leather reading chair; circular dining table with seating for four is in a corner. Perfect for photo shoots or small production commercial. Previously used for national boutique images w/models; outdoor area used twice by a Utah outdoor product company. Space Access: Only large log living room area is available for sessions. Summer access: outdoor deck and seating area available for sessions in summer. Owner must be on premises during shooting as it is a private home.

Home is cleaned prior to arrival and afterwards. Home is occupied by owner and therefore, owner will be present for all bookings. Booking will only be approved if you are a professional and carry proof of insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
