Featuring multiple Areas under one roof within a 33,000-square-foot closed gate fully private complex. We've been an active TV, Film, and Photo stage since before Bushwick's boom - from the 'Crack-accident' episode of Girls to David Bowie's final video 'Lazarus'. All furniture, décor, props, and expendables within this location are available for rent and are not included in the location rental price. Rate Breakdown Photo = $390/hr (One Stage Space) Motion = $510/hr (One Stage Space) Event = $775/hr (Two Stage Spaces, must include the Courtyard/Drive as one of those spaces) 6 hr minimum These rates are all based on access to one full warehouse in most cases. The 1896 has three warehouses and an exterior space that can be added to your rental should you need more space for your project. Additional shooting areas also available for filming include: loft apartment, freight elevator, Roof, Stairwells, Artist Studios and more!
