About the Space
Houston’s most unique space. Discover a venue that offers the perfect atmosphere for small gatherings such as baby showers, parties, weddings, quinceanera, art shows, sip and paint meetings, seminars and so much more!! The venue is excellent for intimate events. The bungalow is a blank canvas so you can decorate it according to your event and personality. IMPORTANT: Due to our prices being very affordable, we cannot accommodate free time for setup or breakdown because we may have another event on the same day. SATURDAYS: For booking less than 8hrs we only accept bookings that finish no later 5:30pm or start at 6pm or later. Space: The bungalow is 800ft² with a 6,000 ft² garden. For outdoor events (Max. capacity 50 guests). Note: Rental rates are based on the number of attendees. If your event has more than 50 attendees, prices and requirements are different please consult with us before booking our venue. We are very strict about this rule. What is included with the rental: Beautiful upscale bungalow with a huge modern deck Unique outdoor mobile bar carts and food serving carts Kitchen to warm up food (microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink, oven) We don't allow cooking 2 restrooms with toilet paper, sink 2 rooms 10’x12’ 2 gazebos with beige curtains Seating for 50 people 4 round tables of 36" with 20 chairs Outdoor strings lighting 2 outdoor fans 15 free parking on-site Wifi Electricity 110V You can bring furniture, tables, and chairs to customize your event. Outside vendors are allowed for food, decorations, Dj’s Food carts are allowed IMPORTANT! We offer viewings on specific days and have video of the property. Please send us your contact information for viewing days or video information. If you have any questions, we are happy to answer them. Please keep in mind when there are no events the space is empty and occupied with other things. You will not appreciate the beauty and experience the good vibe until you host your event.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This venue is so much prettier in person. I got a lot of compliments from my guests on how nice it was. It was perfect for my 40th birthday. The owners are very nice and worked with me to make sure my event ran smoothly. I was concerned about the outside temperature but they have the option to rent heaters and fire pits so my party went on with a hitch. Overall, I really like this venue and would definitely use them again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than this for our intimate engagement party! The space itself was absolutely beautiful and we received endless compliments from our guests. The mix of indoor and outdoor areas was ideal, allowing everyone to enjoy the sunshine while still having the option to cool off inside, which was especially appreciated in the warm weather. Wilbert and Karol were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help make the day run smoothly. The support on the day of the event made everything feel seamless, and we’re so grateful to have had their assistance. This space created a perfect atmosphere for celebrating with family and friends—highly recommend!
