VENUE POLICY (IMPORTANT) We are an hourly event space rental. You rent the hours you need, including setup and tear-down time. Please make sure to rent enough time. SATURDAYS: For booking less than 8hrs we only accept bookings that finish no later 4:30pm or start at 6pm or later. For example 12:30pm-4:30pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, 7:00pm-11:00pm. Space: The bungalow is 800ft² with a 6,000 ft² garden. Note: Rental rates are based on the number of attendees. We don't host events more than 50 attendees. Please consult with us before booking our venue. We are very strict about this rule. Outside vendors are allowed for food, decorations, Dj’s Food carts are allowed IMPORTANT! We offer viewings on specific days and have a video of the property.
