VENUE POLICY (IMPORTANT) We are an hourly event space rental. You rent the hours you need, including setup and tear-down time. Please make sure to rent enough time. SATURDAYS: For booking less than 8hrs we only accept bookings that finish no later 4:30pm or start at 6pm or later. For example 12:30pm-4:30pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm, 7:00pm-11:00pm. Space: The bungalow is 800ft² with a 6,000 ft² garden. Note: Rental rates are based on the number of attendees. We don't host events more than 50 attendees. Please consult with us before booking our venue. We are very strict about this rule. Kitchen to warm up food (microwave, refrigerator, stove, sink, oven) We don't allow cooking 2 restrooms with toilet paper, sink 2 rooms 10’x12’ 2 gazebos with beige curtains 1 covered pergola 23'x23' Seating for 50 people (mixed furniture) 4 round tables of 36" with 20 chairs Outdoor strings lighting 2 outdoor fans 15 free parking on-site Wifi Electricity 110V You can bring furniture, tables, and chairs to customize your event. Outside vendors are allowed for food, decorations, Dj’s Food carts are allowed IMPORTANT! We offer viewings on specific days and have a video of the property. Please keep in mind that when there are no events, the space is empty and occupied with other things. You will not appreciate the beauty and experience the good vibe until you view the venue in person.

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
